MAGURA ABS components are designed to work seamlessly with Bosch eBike ABS, creating a coordinated system for controlled braking and enhanced stability in critical situations. With two new ABS Pro modes for model year 2025, Bosch is extending its offering for mountain biking, while MAGURA adds further compatible components to its ABS portfolio.
Effective braking is not just about the right technique – it also depends on how the individual components work together. Back in 2018, Bosch eBike Systems and MAGURA introduced ABS technology for bicycles, combining their respective expertise to create a new approach to braking safety and control.
The cooperation brings together Bosch’s expertise in eBike systems and ABS technology with MAGURA’s extensive experience in braking components and motorcycle ABS applications. The result is a precisely coordinated system in which the individual components work together to support controlled braking, particularly in demanding situations.
With the introduction of Bosch ABS Pro and its two new riding modes, ABS Trail Pro and ABS Race, MAGURA is further expanding its range of compatible braking components. For model year 2025, three MAGURA brake systems are available for use with Bosch eBike ABS.
The established MT C ABS is joined by the MT7 and GUSTAV PRO. The MT7 is compatible with ABS Pro, including ABS Trail Pro and ABS Race, while the GUSTAV PRO can be used with the Touring, Allroad and Trail ABS modes. MAGURA is also extending its ABS portfolio with additional brake rotors, sensor rings and lever options.
With this expanded range of ABS-compatible components, MAGURA continues to develop solutions designed to combine electronic braking assistance with precise control and dependable braking performance.
