As sensitive as you need it to be. With the pistons moving vertically to the handlebars, the MT7 efficiently converts your hand force into power without any transmission losses!
Four 17 mm pistons and four individual brake pads in the caliper provide the necessary deceleration.
Because stiffness equals braking power, we use one-piece forged 4-piston brake calipers for our flagship model. This elaborate manufacturing method gives the brake caliper its extraordinary rigidity and makes the MT7 Pro one of the strongest and most controllable brakes on the market.

The Carbotecture SL brake master consists of a composite material made of polymers and embedded carbon fibres. This combination makes the brake master light and extremely resistant.

Brake caliper
One-piece forged calipers are a key factor in the success of our MT7. Stiffness means stopping power, and forged under 1000 tonnes of pressure, the equivalent of 200 elephants, our calipers are built to handle the toughest loads. Instead of the error-prone bolting of two halves, the process offers a special look and maximum durability.
The unique design is inspired by our motorbike calipers and ensures top performance in every situation.

Because a brake pad is much more than just a wearing part, we offer three different pad compounds with optimum performance. The four-pad design optimises heat resistance and ensures even wear.

The radial design, orientated perpendicular to the handlebars, ensures precisely controllable power and durability thanks to minimal transmission losses.

No two hands are the same. Five different lever shapes offer you complete customisability. From the adjustable transmission ratio of the HC3 to the long and therefore powerful lever of the 2-finger brake lever.
